Every project is different, but our process is designed to keep things clear and organized from the beginning. We start by understanding your goals, priorities, budget, and the needs of your space. From there, we develop the design, coordinate the necessary details and project professionals, and provide guidance through the appropriate stages of implementation. The level of support is tailored to the scope of your project and the services you select.

Once your proposal is accepted and the agreement is signed, you'll receive a Welcome Guide outlining what to expect as we get started. From there, we'll gather the project details needed for onboarding, confirm communication and billing information, and schedule the next steps for your project. The goal is to make the transition from proposal to active project clear, organized, and easy to navigate.

Terra Olsen Interiors serves residential clients throughout California's Central Valley and Central Coast, with select projects considered throughout California. Depending on the scope and location, services may be provided in person, remotely, or through a combination of both. 

Initial project inquiries begin with a complimentary conversation to learn more about your project and determine whether Terra Olsen Interiors is the right fit for your needs. For projects that would benefit from a more in-depth consultation, a paid consultation may be recommended. This allows us to spend focused time reviewing your space, discussing your goals and priorities, and providing professional design guidance and next steps.
